SUING THE LOCAL, STATE, OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

         The government, like any other institution, can harm people through its employee's conduct. Suing the local, state, or federal government for the wrongdoing of its employees is different from any other type of case and requires an attorney with specialized knowledge.  As a former attorney for government entities, I understand how to make the government pay damages for losses and suffering caused by the negligence (or in some cases intentional conduct) of its employees.  I now apply my specialized knowledge to help victims of government misconduct. I work with individuals who have been injured in the following cases:

1.  Slip-and-fall accidents in government buildings, or from other accidents on government property including poorly maintained city sidewalks;
2.  Car accidents caused by public employees while on the job; and
3.  Civil rights violations including sexual harassment, discrimination, invasion of privacy, gay rights, Title VII violations, and police misconduct-excessive force and false arrest.

     I formerly represented police departments in civil rights lawsuits filed by citizens. I now apply that knowledge to helping victims of police corruption, cover-ups and police brutality. If you feel that you have been unjustly injured by law enforcement, please contact me to discuss your case.

      Several matters need to be investigated to pursue a claim against the local, state, or federal government so you should not delay in contacting me if you wish to investigate your case. For example, there are very specific limitations and processes that must be followed in order to successfully sue government entities for negligence that may have caused an accident, injury, or even wrongful death. If you have sustained injuries due to an accident or incident caused by the negligence of a government employee or agency, please contact me so I can help determine whether you have a claim.
